Quality Management System Office

Primary Objective – to ensure the effective operation, development, and continuous improvement of the university’s quality management system, aimed at enhancing the quality of educational, research, administrative, and managerial activities in accordance with national and international quality standards.

Department Responsibilities:

• Development, implementation, and support of the university’s quality management system;
• Coordination of the development, updating, and management of internal regulatory documents within the quality system;
• Organization and execution of internal monitoring of the quality of educational, research, and administrative activities;
• Control over structural units’ compliance with internal standards and quality management system regulations;
• Participation in the development and improvement of the university’s quality policy and objectives;
• Conducting internal audits of the quality management system and preparing recommendations to enhance process efficiency;
• Analysis of monitoring, audit, and assessment results to identify areas for improving university performance;
• Methodological consultation for structural units regarding the implementation and development of the quality management system;
• Participation in preparing the university for external audits, accreditation procedures, and certification of the quality system;
• Preparation of reports and analytical materials based on the functioning of the quality management system;
• Promotion of a culture of quality and principles of continuous improvement across university activities.
